Gearra Event Solution is an independent event partner from Jakarta. We plan events, produce and stream them, and bring the equipment they run on, so the people who hire us deal with one team from the first call to the last cable.
Why one crew
Most events are stitched together from separate vendors: one plans, another builds the stage, another streams, another rents the speakers. Every handover is a place where something can slip, and the client ends up managing the gaps.
Gearra closes those gaps by owning the whole run of show. The person who drafts your rundown sits with the crew who rigs the lights and the director who cuts the stream, so the plan on paper is the show on the day.
We work with corporate teams, communities and brands, from hotel luncheons to race days, and every quote is built from the brief rather than a package list.
