These Terms of Service govern your use of Gearra's event organizing, live streaming, and equipment rental services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gearra's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors of our services.

Services Description

Gearra provides the following services:

• Event Organizer: Comprehensive event planning, coordination, and management services for corporate events, conferences, weddings, concerts, and other special occasions

• Live Streaming: Multi-platform broadcasting services including camera setup, live switching, and streaming to various platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, etc.)

• Equipment Rental: Professional audio-visual equipment rental including sound systems, lighting, LED screens, cameras, and related equipment

Service details, availability, and pricing are subject to change. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in your service agreement or contract.

Booking and Reservations

To book our services:

• Submit a booking request through our website, email, or phone

• Provide accurate event details, dates, and requirements

• Receive a quotation and service proposal from our team

• Review and sign the service agreement

• Pay the required deposit to confirm your booking

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit payment. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for optimal service availability.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% of total cost) is required to confirm booking

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date, as specified in your service agreement

• Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed

• Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation

• All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified

• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the agreed scope or overtime

• Invoices will be provided for all transactions

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: 50% refund of total payment

• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 25% refund of total payment

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund

• Deposits are non-refundable in all cases

Gearra Cancellations:

• If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost

• We reserve the right to cancel services if payment terms are not met or if client violates these terms

Equipment Rental Terms

• All rented equipment remains the property of Gearra

• Clients are responsible for the safe use and care of rented equipment

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted)

• Damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be charged to the client at replacement cost

• Our technical crew will handle setup, operation, and breakdown unless otherwise agreed

• Clients must not modify, repair, or allow third parties to operate equipment without our authorization

• Equipment rental includes delivery, setup, on-site support, and breakdown for the agreed duration

Event Services and Responsibilities

Gearra will:

• Provide professional and experienced staff for your event

• Deliver services as outlined in the service agreement

• Bring backup equipment for critical components

• Coordinate with venues and vendors as needed

• Maintain professional conduct throughout the event

Client responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete event information

• Ensure venue access for our team at agreed times

• Obtain necessary permits and permissions for the event

• Ensure adequate power supply and infrastructure

• Provide safe working conditions for our staff

• Cooperate with our team throughout the planning and execution

Live Streaming Services

• We will broadcast to the platforms specified in your agreement

• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload) must be provided by the client or venue

• Stream quality depends on internet connectivity and platform limitations

• We are not responsible for platform outages or third-party technical issues

• Recording of the stream may be available for an additional fee

• Copyright and content responsibility for streamed material lies with the client

• Clients must ensure all streamed content complies with platform policies and applicable laws

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, war, riots, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. If the event cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be provided.

Liability and Insurance

• Gearra carries public liability insurance for its operations

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• Clients are responsible for obtaining event insurance if desired

• We are not responsible for injuries to attendees or damage to venue property not caused by our negligence

• Clients must inform us of any special safety requirements or venue restrictions

Intellectual Property

• All content created by Gearra (photos, videos, designs, concepts) remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing

• We reserve the right to use event photos and videos for our marketing and portfolio purposes

• If you require exclusive rights or confidentiality, this must be specified in the service agreement

• Client logos, branding, and materials remain the property of the client

• Clients must ensure they have rights to all content they provide for use in their event

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For active bookings, the terms agreed upon at the time of booking will apply.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation

• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation

• If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gearra regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
